The interior design takes inspiration from the cultural spirit of 1980s Chilltown—an era when Jersey City was a hub of creative freedom, camaraderie, and underground expression. Drawing from this legacy, the space combines industrial textures, vintage details, and artful lighting inspired by Dan Flavin’s transformative use of fluorescent tubes. The result is an environment that feels both nostalgic and electric—capturing the rebellious soul of Chilltown while offering guests a fresh, immersive dining experience.
